Quick BBQ Sauce 1/4 c Onion -- finely chopped 2 tb Butter 1 c Ketchup 1/4 c Brown sugar 1/4 c Lemon juice 1 tb Worcestershire sauce 1 ts Mustard 1 Clove garlic -- finely Chopped 1/2 ts Tabasco sauce -- to taste In a small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 15 to 20 min. Use as a basting sauce for chicken, pork or beef. Can be made in microwave.
