Party Cheese Puffs

Party Cheese Puffs 3/4 cup water
1/4 cup plus 2-tablespoon margarine
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup ripe olives, chopped
1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, un-drained
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
3/4 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules
In a medium-sized saucepan combine the water and margarine;
bring to a boil. Add the flour, stirring continuously over medium-
high heat until the mixture forms a smooth ball. Remove from heat.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly with a wooden spoon
after each addition; beat until the dough is smooth. Drop the dough by
rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Sprinkle the cheese
puffs with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400-degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until
puffed and golden. Cool individually on wire racks. In a bowl combine the cream
cheese and the remaining ingredients; blend well. Just before serving, cut the
top one-third off the cream puffs. Spoon the cream cheese filling into cheese
puffs; replace tops. Yield: about 3 dozen.
