Beef Burgundy 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 pounds stew beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cube beef bouillon, crushed
3/4 cup Burgundy wine
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)
Lightly spray the crock pot with cooking spray. Combine all of the
ingredients except for the cornstarch and mushrooms. Mix well.
Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or until the meat is tender.
Add the cornstarch and mushrooms. Continue to cook on High for 15 minutes.
