1 LB. GROUND BEEF
1 - 1 LB. CAN KIDNEY BEANS
1 - 1 LB. CAN CHILI (NO BEANS)
1 ONION (CHOPPED)
1 - 7 OZ. CAN GREEN CHILE SAUCE
SALT
10 LARGE FLOUR TORTILLAS
3/4 LB. CHEDDAR CHEESE (SHREDDED)
1 - 10 OZ. CAN ENCHALADA SAUCE

Brown beef, breaking it up so it will be crumbly. Add beans, chili, onion and chile salsa and heat thoroughly. Season to taste with Salt. Spoon beef mixture onto each tortilla; sprinkle with some of the cheese. Roll and place in a greased baking dish. Pour enchalada sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
NOTES: We used medium salsa, enchalada sauce and it was too hot! You might try using mild. We used large tortillas (8 to package) and got 4 + 1 regular size tortilla. I'd suggest using the smaller tortillas.

Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes or till heated through and cheese melts.
