Red Caviar Dip


1/2 cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons red caviar, drained
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup minced chives
toast rounds


First one needs to chop the shallots and whip the heavy
cream. Then mix in the red caviar and chopped shallots
with the cream. Serve the mixture in a bowl with garnished
edges of chopped eggs and chives. Set bowl in the center
of a plate with small rounds of toast around it for dipping.
