Easy Sausage and Egg Casserole 6 slices bread of choice, cut into cubes 1lb. bulk sausage 10 eggs 1/4 cup milk 2 tablespoons chopped onion 2 tablespoons chopped sweet pepper Shredded cheese Salt and pepper Cooking spray Spray bottom and sides of a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Arrange bread in pan pan. Beat egg and milk together. Pour on top of bread. Sprinkle sausage, onion and pepper onto egg mixture. Topp with shreeded cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. This is great served with fresh fruit.
