Sweet Potato Casserole #2 6 large sweet potatoes 1/2 cup butter raisins 2 oranges -- juice and all 1 dash cinnamon 1 cup brown sugar 2 eggs minature marshmellows -- for topping Ahead of time bake sweet potatoes. Peel and mash. Add eggs, butter, orange juice, orange sections, cinnamon and brown sugar to mashed potatoes. Place in a baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with miniature marshmallows and brown.
