Fresh Apple Cake #1 2 3/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 Cup oil 3 cups chopped apples 1 cup pecans 3 Eggs 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg Sift flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together. Add oil and eggs. Mix well. Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Make a glaze and pour over cake while still warm.
